Fred Crandall

Fred advises a broad array of companies, large and small, on executive and employee compensation, employee and union/management relations, succession planning, recruitment, layoffs and terminations, succession planning, equity participation, and executive and owner coaching. An internationally recognized expert in HR matters, Fred has co-authored three books, spoken at domestic and global forums, and has authored over 50 articles and book chapters. Fred was Consulting Director for Willis Towers Watson (WTW), a Founding Partner of The Center for Workforce Effectiveness (CWE), a National Partner at PWC, and a faculty member of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Fred holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, as well as degrees from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, and the University of California at Berkeley.

Suzanne Silberman

Suzanne's twenty years of experience encompasses a broad array of human resources functions including retirement, benefits, regulatory compliance, training, employee relations, and compensation. Suzanne has held various human resources positions with large corporate, financial, and educational organizations, as well as entrepreneurial companies and not-for-profit institutions.
