Ginny Scott

Ginny Scott has worked on specific projects for Economic Spectrum (ESU) over the past 15 years and continues to offer specialized services to selected projects. Ginny has honed her marketing and social media skills as well as managing projects for companies she has worked with in the Ski Resort Industry. While working as Sales Manager with Whistler Blackcomb Sales - Vail Resorts, Ginny was the recipient of the 2017 ICE (inspiring Continuing Excellence) Award for the Whistler Blackcomb Marketing and Sales Division. During 2017, Ginny, while working as Sales Manager with Whistler Blackcomb Sales, achieved 141% of her sales target ($1.5 M) which resulted in being awarded the Sales Success Award, ranking 7th across Vail Resorts Sales Managers. Ginny has a thorough understanding of the Tourism Industry having been an Event Coordinator, Lead Server and Server with Whistler Blackcomb and Office Supervisor/Reservation Specialist with Aloha Whistler Accommodations Property Management Company. Ginny is dedicated to her work and projects and brings new ideas and enthusiasm to all that she does. She has achieved success in developing and maintaining new business accounts. She is presently Local Sales Manager with Silver Star Mountain Resort, Vernon, BC.

Ida Scott - President

Peter Scott

Job Titles:

As a university student, Peter Scott worked on projects with ESU and has continued to do so over the years. Peter started working when he was 13 and continued throughout his University years working three jobs while in full time studies, including as an IT specialist for an Association Management Firm in Halifax. He has mastered technology and computer problems and is efficient, creative and effective in thinking outside the box and getting work done. He was an asset to ESU in building employee training booklets, providing hands on computer training for businesses in the Microsoft Office Suite, assisting with evaluations and compiling data from Business Retention and Expansion programs. Peter has a Bachelor of Management Degree and is a Microsoft User Specialist. Through his 14 years working for Whistler Blackcomb, while supervising more than 200 staff members each season in a 1200-seat restaurant on the Whistler Mountain, serving upwards to 14,000 customers a day, he provided training, team building, guidance, and problem solving techniques for staff. The role also required the practice of property management, budget preparation and adherence to, with a focus on profit margins and efficiencies in the workplace. Peter was awarded the Assistant Manager of the year award by Whistler Blackcomb in 2017.
