ELDER LAW ATTORNEY - Key Persons

Mr. Schofner is a highly regarded member of various legal associations such as the Florida Bar, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the American Justice Association, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, Clearwater Bar Association, Thomas Pennick Inns of Court, and the prestigious Melvin M. Belli Society. Along with his achievements and dynamic schedule, Ted Schofner continues to find time for community events. He is a volunteer in the Career Resource Center at HB Plant High School, where he counsels youth on their career goals. He also serves as an Alumni Interviewer for the Georgetown University Alumni Admissions Program. In addition to these, he is active in scouting, where he served as an Assistant Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America in Tampa, being an Eagle Scout himself. Ted Schofner may be a respected and well-recognized lawyer, but for him, his greatest honor is being husband to his wife, Michelle, and father to sons Robert and Riley.
