Bridgett joined an early Global Growth Company in 1998. Her first job was writing publications that helped health care organizations understand and comply with regulations. She launched and cultivated some of Global Growth's early product lines and businesses.
Since those early years, she has been involved in more than 30 mergers and acquisitions and has served as everything from interim editorial director to interim CEO.
Currently, Bridgett runs Global Growth's innovative leadership development program. While our portfolios are completely independent, our leaders and their teams have the option to participate as they grow their businesses.
Bridgett is a strategic and intuitive facilitator who thrives on challenge. She's most motivated when she's helping business leaders in 17 countries to grow their businesses.
Bridgett holds a JD and an MA.
George is chairman of the Global Growth board. He is the principal of Vandeman & Co., a private investment firm, since retiring as senior vice president and general counsel of Amgen, the world's largest biotechnology company.
Earlier in his career, George was a senior partner and head of the mergers and acquisitions practice at an international law firm. He represented bidders, targets and financial advisors in M&A and other corporate control transactions, and he advised numerous boards of directors on corporate governance matters.

Jake has had a wide variety of experiences in finance, consulting, and law. At Global Growth, Jake works as an M&A and Debt Capital Markets Vice President, as well as assistant general counsel. In these roles, he executes all aspects of the M&A process including sourcing acquisition targets, deal evaluation, due diligence, legal, and final sign off of acquisitions, and reporting directly to the CEO on same. He also works to raise capital for portfolio companies, and accelerates the growth of Global Growth's start-up ventures.
Prior to joining Global Growth, Jake was a M&A and corporate attorney. His practice focused on transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, company financing, angel and venture investing, and corporate governance and contract matters. His clients include newly formed businesses to established companies operating in a variety of industries, as well as private equity firms.
Prior to his time spend as an attorney, Jake worked in boutique investment banks where he carried out buy- and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions, as well as raising capital for clients. He also performed a number of company valuations across multiple industries.
Jake is licensed to practice law in Georgia and New York. He also is a member of the Georgia, New York, and Atlanta bar associations.

Over the course of his career, Justin has held executive and senior positions in business, academia, and the military. He has co-founded two technology companies, designed software for crowd-sourced content curation, authored articles and book chapters in fields as diverse as data privacy and legal pluralism, directed a pro bono legal aid clinic for disabled veterans, spearheaded impact litigation creating federal procurement opportunities for Silicon Valley technologies, and served as senior military legal advisor in special operations contingency environments.

Sandeep Patel is an accomplished executive with nearly 20 years of experience and demonstrated success across debt capital markets, investment banking and healthcare consulting.
During his career, Sandeep has raised more than $20 billion in over 100 debt financings by executing leveraged loans, high yield, private debt capital, asset based facilities and mezzanine financing transactions for strategic and financial clients in the consumer, industrials, business services, technology, healthcare and energy sectors. He has also executed numerous M&A and IPO transactions over the course of his career.
Sandeep holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA.
