Bing Jiang

Job Titles:

Bing is an Investment Director with Next Capital, having joined in 2010. At Next Capital, Bing is a Director of investee companies, Funlab and Enviropacific Services. Bing has also been involved in Next Capital's investments in Forest Coach Lines, Infinite Care, Vitaco, Aerocare, GoBus and Discovery Holiday Parks. Bing was formerly with Morgan Stanley's M&A team in Hong Kong. At Morgan Stanley, she executed a number of M&A and IPO transactions involving private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and banks.

Brayden Rees

Brayden joined Enviropacific in 2022. He is the General Manager for Resource Recovery & Water. He is responsible for the management of our Water sector and SOLVE, our Resource Recovery division. With 18 years of experience, Brayden has held senior management positions both at state and national level in various organisations. He has extensive management experience across the Liquid, Hydrocarbon, Civil and Industrial waste streams. Brayden is passionate about building high performing teams and delivering outcomes in both Water Treatment and Resource Recovery.

Cameron McLean

Cameron was a founding director of Enviropacific in 2001 and as an Executive Director, filled numerous roles since its inception including Project Manager, Branch Manager, Pre-Contracts Manager and Strategic Initiatives Manager. Cameron transitioned from an Executive Director to a Non-Executive Director of the Company in 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Environmental) from the University of Sydney. Cameron has been involved in the remediation industry for nearly 30 years, two-thirds of that with Enviropacific. He has occupied numerous roles within the business from project manager right through to senior management. Cameron has an inherent understanding of the company's capabilities and the markets in which the business operates. In the past several years, Cameron was heavily involved with the Applied Science and Engineering Team and the Pre-Contracts part of the business in securing large Environmental Solutions-based projects for key clients like Orica and Defence. He played a key role in the development of Enviropacific's capabilities in the PFAS treatment space, its Water Treatment capability, and development of the SOLVE TM facility in Victoria.

Greg Robertson

Greg was appointed as Chairman of the Board in November 2014. He is also an Executive Director of Adexum Capital, where his role includes fundraising, investment origination, management and divestment. He sits on the Board of several of Adexum's other investees including, BIG Consolidated Limited and SWC Management Pty Ltd. Prior to Adexum, Greg was an executive director of Investec Wentworth Private Equity (IWPE). Greg had responsibility for 10 of the 23 investments made by IWPE or predecessor funds. He has extensive experience as a director in both public and private companies, including as Chairman of three of the IWPE investees. Greg led the IWPE investments that were recognised by AVCAL as the "Best expansion investment", in 2006 and 2009 respectively.

John Murphy

John joined as a Director of the Board in 2014. He is also the Managing Director of Adexum Capital where his role includes fundraising, investment origination, management and divestment. He sits on the Board of several Adexum's investments including, BIG Consolidated Limited and SWC Management Pty Ltd. John is an experienced private equity executive having been involved in sourcing, executing, growing and exiting 23 investments. He has previously been a member of both private and public company Boards for the funds' investments. From 1999 to 2012, John was the founder and Managing Director of Investec Wentworth Private Equity and its predecessor funds, where he worked full time.

Kieron Little joined Enviropacific as Chief Operating Officer in 2023. With extensive experience both locally and internationally, he has effectively overseen diverse teams spanning multiple disciplines and sectors. With a proven record of successfully heading national operations, safety and support functions in his previous roles, Kieron is a dedicated leader, driven by a passion for creating meaningful change in safeguarding and fostering the growth of individuals involved in projects. Before joining Enviropacific, Kieron held key executive positions at renowned firms such as Lendlease and Baulderstone. He is committed to cultivating robust client relationships and ensuring the success of every project.

Matthew Boyle

Matthew joined Enviropacific as General Manager - Sustainability in 2023. He is responsible for the management of Sustainability outcomes, People and Systems across the business. With 15 years of experience within the Civil construction Industry he has held management positions at state, national and executive levels. He has extensive systems and change management experience across complex organisations. Matthew is passionate about building practical sustainable outcomes through high performing teams, innovative ideas and governance.

Nicola Foate - Chief Legal Officer, Secretary

Nicola joined Enviropacific in December 2023 as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Bringing with her over three decades of expertise across diverse industries such as engineering, construction, infrastructure, and energy & renewables, Nicola's commitment lies in delivering sustainable legal and commercial solutions for complex businesses. She is a values-driven leader keen on fostering and leading high-performing teams. Before joining Enviropacific, Nicola held leadership roles with CPB Contractors and Siemens PLC as well as senior roles within top tier law firms in Sydney and London.

Patrick Elliott - Chairman

Patrick Elliott is a founding Partner of Next Capital. Prior to founding Next Capital in 2004, Patrick was an Executive Director of Macquarie Bank having joined the private equity division in 1997. In that time Patrick was responsible for investments across retail, consumer and business services. Patrick served as Chairman of the Australian Venture Capital Association Limited (AVCAL) in 2004 and was formerly Non Executive Chairman of ASX100 listed retailer JB Hi-Fi and SME financier Scottish Pacific. Patrick is a Director of several investee companies, including Lynch Group, Alpha, iseek and Silverchef Rentals.

Tony Shepherd

Tony has had an extensive career in Australia and overseas in the private and public sectors. He pioneered private infrastructure with projects such as the Sydney Harbour Tunnel, Melbourne City Link and East Link. As well as being an Independent Non-Executive Director of Enviropacific, Tony is Chairman of Macquarie Specialised Asset Management Limited (a global infrastructure fund), the Sydney Cricket Ground Trust, the AFL GWS Giants and the Inaugural Chairman of Infrastructure SA. He is also a Director of Menzies Research Centre, Virgin Australia International Holdings Limited and Racing NSW as well as an advisor to MUFG Bank, Ltd. He was the inaugural Chairman of WestConnex. He oversaw the listing of Transurban, Transfield Services and Connect East. Tony was President of the Business Council of Australia, Chairman of the National Commission of Audit and Chairman of ASTRA (the subscription TV Association).
