Five Step Carpet Care is a wonderful company. They did a great job on our rugs, carpet and upholstery. They were punctual and had such a wonderful attitude. Their technicians were friendly and engaging. I highly recommend them. One spot on a carpet did not come all the way out, so I sent an e-mail to them and they responded the next day to schedule a follow up appointment to remove the spot. They do what they say!
