BAUER - Key Persons
Brittany is the first voice and person you'll meet when contacting our firm. She is personable and compassionate with clients old and new. She has been with the firm since 2018. Brittany attended the Crime Scene Technology course at St. Petersburg college in 2015. She is a native Floridian that enjoys time outside of work boating with friends and spending time with her dogs.
Cindy has been a legal assistant with our firm since 1986. She began her interest in Criminal Law while working at the Pinellas County State Attorney's Office in the early 1980's. She is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, enjoys married life and spending time with her family.
Diane has been with the firm since 2021. She graduated with a paralegal degree in 2019 and has 8 years of experience as a legal assistant and supervisor at the Pasco County State Attorney's office prior to joining the firm. She was born in Oklahoma and enjoys boating and spending time with her husband, Jon.
Matthew Kindel is a partner with the firm and has defended individuals accused of crimes for over 15 years. He is a former prosecutor, and practices primarily in Pasco, Hernando and their surrounding counties, but has handled cases throughout Florida, from Key West to Gainesville to Vero Beach.

Stephanie became a Paralegal in 1991 and joined our firm in 1992. She grew up in Dunedin, Florida. Her interest in the law came from her father, who was a Detective with the Dunedin Police Department. She enjoys spending time outdoors and getting together with friends.
