Andrew M. Ostrognai

Andy Ostrognai is a partner of the international law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where he has been his entire career. Andy is the chair of the firm's Asian private equity practice, and specializes in forming all types of private equity funds, from large pan-Asian buy-out funds to smaller focused sector or country-specific funds. Private Equity International named him one of the 30 most influential lawyers in global private equity. Andy received his BA from Yale University and his JD from the University of Chicago Law School.

Chris Glover

Chris is Deputy General Manager and Head of Conferences and Training for LexisNexis Hong Kong. Chris is a US qualified lawyer and serial entrepreneur, having established and sold two businesses in Hong Kong over the past seven years. He has been a board member of Evangelical Community Church for a total of seven years and International Christian School for the past two years. Chris and his wife Linda have lived in Hong Kong for thirteen years and have four children.

David Sutherland - Chairman

Since early 2013, David Sutherland is the full-time Chair of the Board for International Care Ministries, a charity that provides support, training and resources to more than 100,000 of the poorest of the poor in the Philippines. Until January 2013, David was Morgan Stanley's Chief Financial Officer in Asia Pacific, responsible for the company's businesses in China, India, Korea, Australia and other countries. Before his role as CFO, David spent more than a decade with Morgan Stanley in its tax affairs department in Asia; and prior to Asia, worked for Arthur Andersen, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, Caplin & Drysdale, and the U.S. Department of Treasury where he was the Associate International Tax Counsel. In that capacity, he represented the U.S. Government regarding tax issues with most countries in Asia, including successful tax treaty negotiations with Thailand and Indonesia. David has a law degree from the University of Virginia, a Masters of Taxation from the American University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisville. David was the national intercollegiate debate champion in the United States in 1982. David and his wife, Deanna, have three adult children. David and Deanna have lived in Hong Kong since 1997 and consider Hong Kong as their home.
