Will Borowski, Owner and Operator of Forest Fungi, is considered an Australian leader in the mycology field, featuring on River Cottage Australia and Gourmet Farmer - sharing different growing methods such as the bath tub and log cultivation. Will has also been interviewed on ABC radio Canberra and Hobart to discuss mushroom cultivation and wild mushroom foraging. Will has taught at permculture institutes such as Milkwood, teaching gourmet mushroom cultivation and spreading the knowledge on easy methods to grow personally or small scale commercially.
Will is considered an innovator to the sector, experimenting with concepts, applying university knowledge and study of chemistry, biology and environmental science to bring the natural world into organic cultivation techniques.
