FLI works with clients to conduct in-depth analysis and training of timber harvesting operations, troubleshoot issues/bottlenecks, develop strategic workforce development plans, and implement improvement & "best practices" through management and operator training... Our experienced team of eight trainers and ten employees are based in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. With a combined experience of more than 100 years, FLI provides coaching services to more than 500 operators throughout Canada and internationally each year...
