Alec Syme - CEO

Alec leads and directs the creative team at FUSE. He's been the owner for almost 20 years after turning his passion for art and animation into a business. As a visual person, he dedicates his time to reviewing work and providing valuable feedback for animators to improve. His favorite part of the job, he says, is overseeing the incredibly talented artists at the company.

Chris Broeska

Job Titles:
  • Executive Producer
Chris is the Executive Producer at FUSE. He's been working in the 3D industry since 1998, with a background in computer animation, special effects, and traditional graphic design. Of the wide variety of projects we take on, Chris particularly enjoys the work FUSE does in the medical industry. Though he used to oil paint and sculpt, Chris now spends his free time outside of work painting miniatures for various war games. His favorite artists are Francis Bacon, Bill Sienkiewicz, and Mike Mignola.

Joe Marx

  • Senior Animator
Joe is a 3D artist and illustrator with over nine years of experience in the industry. At FUSE, he works closely with one of our largest clients, Sleep Number. Joe's favorite 3D projects include those with live action integration or abstract designs. When he's not at work, he loves to spend his time traveling, cooking, playing music and developing video games.

Levi Krippner

Levi Krippner is FUSE's senior rendering specialist and has eight years of industry experience. He attended The Art Institutes, where he studied media arits and animation. The projects he enjoys most at FUSE are those that showcase new technologies and products. x

Shawn Letendre

Job Titles:

  • 3D Artist and Project Manager
Shawn is a 3D artist and project manager and handles data management at FUSE. He began working with FUSE after graduating from the Art Institutes of Minnesota, where he studied 3D animation and received a BA in Computer Science. He has 9 years of professional industry experience. Shawn is in charge of all jobs coming from Zurn, one of our largest manufacturing clients. This work includes tracking project hours, managing work schedules, and maintaining a positive relationship with Zurn. Favorite project types include ones with technical animations, like assembly animations or blow apart product shots. He's recently enjoyed working on projects involving particles and other simulations. When not at work, Shawn likes to build things with his hands and is kept busy keeping his two boys entertained with sports, art projects, and spending time at their cabin. Beyond that, he spends time on woodworking projects, like building a tree fort or doing work around his home.
