GARMENT CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION

Established in 1971, our nonprofit association represents the finest fashion apparel sewing contractors, cutting contractors, other garment contractors and suppliers of California and other states... Since 1971, our association has represented the finest garment-contracting businesses of Southern California. Our purpose is to promote our members' capabilities to their customers and potential customers. When feasible we provide education in promoting the highest quality of workmanship and business practices to contribute to the viability of our domestic garment and sewn products manufacturing industry, as well as to enhance its reputation... The Association has an executive director, Joseph (Joe) Rodriguez, who has been on board since 1989. We maintain an office in the California Market Center.
