Talents and skills of the company personnel include experience as public administrators, program managers, professional trainers as well as small business owners. We have served as board members charged with the responsibility of developing strategies for advocacy on behalf of small businesses. We have served as researchers and designer of programs to support goal based initiatives to increase participation of minority and women business enterprises in the economic mainstream. We have served as trainers of DBE Certification to five major airports and two State Unified Certification Groups. We have performed Contract Compliance Monitoring on all phases of Airport design build projects from conception through construction to occupancy. In addition, we have monitored construction of other Capital Development projects such as a Public Library, City Criminal Justice Facility and a major Wastewater Treatment Facility.
