Quentin Royer brings to the company over 20 years of design, engineering and development experience. He has successfully managed many large-scale residential and commercial projects. He also has managed all aspects of land development projects, including preparing feasibility studies and budgets, initiating and managing design, bidding of projects, contractor selection, contract management, construction management, and preparation and management of project budgets. In addition, Mr. Royer have extensive experience creating financial strategies and job cost analysis as well.
