Mike Ford, Managing Partner - With over 25 years experience leading international hardware, software and service businesses, Mike founded GlobalTact in 2004. GlobalTact is now a recogized go-to partner for innovative solutions at Tier-One wireless carriers, contact centers and enterprise solutions. Prior to GlobalTact, Mike worked at Avaya as VP of Applications, EMEA, where he led a $100 million portfolio of VoIP and traditional voice application solutions. He also founded the EMEA business for Interactive Intelligence, growing the business from start to a $10 million annual run rate. Mike has lived and worked throughout the US, Europe and Latin America over his extensive career, with executive positions at Avaya, Interactive Intelligence, Hayes Microcomputer, Computer Corporation of America and the Burroughs Corporation.
