GMC-CMI Corporation was started by George M. Casady in 1986 as a small construction management firm. Since then we have grown into a corporation that currently employs over thirty knowledgeable team members who each work hard every day to make sure we serve our clients with the most reliable and accurate services... Our company history has not been without struggle. Due to the economic downturn of 2008 we were caught in the crosshairs of two industries that were highly affected: banking and construction. Our staff was trimmed, and we lost some of our valued clients to bank closures and buyouts. Surviving the downturn reinforced our core values and enhanced our efficiency more than ever... GMC-CMI provides construction monitoring and financial risk management for lenders of new construction loans, Draw Inspections, Budget Reviews, and Constructability or Feasibility reports.
