GRAVITYFREE

Gravityfree consists of two Japanese painters: djow(Toshio Ono) and 8g(Eiji Miyata).Together these two artists pursue new avenues of expression; constantly playing off each other to create their vision of the world they call "Gravityfree".Their live painting began as a fun pastime at live houses and clubs in 2002, but since then they have appeared at many large outdoor festivals, including FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL, and have become widely recognized both in and out of the live painting culture.Utilizing their unique visions and improvisational skills, they have expanded their activities to include mural painting and commercial work.In recent years, the duo has built on their past experiences to develop and expand beyond live painting to create artwork in thier studio and exhibit their works in various platforms and venues.
