aLICIA Parrish HUNTER

Ms. Hunter began working for Greater Etowah in July of 2021. She has a BS in Behavioral Science from Athens State University, and she has over 12 years of experience in day and residential services. On April 1, 2022, she took over the duties of being the Program Director for Greater Etowah.

Colby Foster

Job Titles:
  • Maintenance Specialist
Mr. Foster received his AS from Gadsden State and then he joined Greater Etowah on June 17, 2019, as our Maintenance Specialist. He has nearly four years of experience working on issues related to electrical, plumbing, heating & cooling, building inspections, and construction.

STEPHANIE GIBSON

Job Titles:
  • EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
With over 15 years of service in the field of Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, Ms. Gibson, with her BS from the University of Alabama, has worked as a Certified Targeted Case Manager, (CTCM) and as a Responsible Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional, (R-/QIDP). In 2018, she served as the Program Director for Greater Etowah, and in October of 2023, she took over the duties as being the Executive Director of Greater Etowah. As the field of Mental Health continues to change, Ms. Gibson looks forward to leading Greater Etowah into its next chapter of service for those with intellectual disabilities.
