Daniel J. Lynch

Daniel J. Lynch has resided in the greater Sacramento area since 2007 and has practiced law here for his entire legal career. Mr. Lynch received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Geneva College and minored in Management Information Systems. He graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Lynch also received his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law. While in law school, he won prestigious awards as a top-notch moot court advocate and competitor. Mr. Lynch placed 4th in team competition in the 2006 Federal Bar Association Thurgood Marshall Regional Moot Court Competition and was ranked as one of the top three best advocates in the entire tournament. Mr. Lynch was also appointed to the Regent Moot Court Board where he spent time helping the board organize moot court tournaments, conducting legal drafting, and judging law student and undergraduate competitors. Mr. Lynch practices primarily in divorce and family law. He is dedicated to helping his clients craft comprehensive and effective family solutions for their divorce, custody, support, property division, domestic violence, or related family law matters at a reasonable cost. Mr. Lynch has background experience in other complementary areas of law including aspects of federal tax law, consumer bankruptcy law and civil litigation. This background helps him bring a well-rounded, practical perspective to his clients' cases. Mr. Lynch seeks to understand each of his clients' unique personal situations, and to assist his clients in identifying a legal strategy that focuses on their personal goals - all while keeping his clients' best interests in mind. He is actively involved with his church, he enjoys exercising and playing outdoor sports, he likes reading history and theology books and watching movies of many genres, and he follows the San Francisco Giants, the San Francisco 49ers and the Sacramento Kings. Steven R. Burlingham

Steven R. Burlingham has had the pleasure of serving the greater Sacramento area for more than 40 years as an attorney and advocate. Mr. Burlingham has worked for Gary, Till & Burlingham since 1982 and became a managing partner soon after. Mr. Burlingham received his degree in History from Biola University and graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Burlingham also earned his juris doctor from McGeorge School of Law in 1979 and an LLM (taxation) in 1982. He has lived and practiced in the greater Sacramento area since 1979. Mr. Burlingham practices primarily in divorce and adoption law and is certified by the California State Bar as a Certified Family Law Specialist. He also works extensively in trusts, probate, trust administration, conservatorship and guardianship law. Mr. Burlingham seeks to assist his clients in finding comprehensive and effective solutions for their family law, divorce, adoption and trust and estate planning matters. Mr. Burlingham prioritizes understanding his clients' personal situations and tailoring solutions to fit their best interests.
