We are the Bus Drivers and Assistants Association, an organization established to provide information for current and prospective school bus drivers and bus assistants working for Henrico County Public Schools. We are not a union and not affiliated with any union. We are an independent organization that is not affiliated with nor endorsed by Henico County Public Schools... We are an independent association of Henrico County school bus drivers and assistants, who have come together to learn, discuss concerns, share ideas and opinions, and develop concepts and ideas that help create a better work and support environment for all drivers and assistants.
