Bill serves as Principal in Charge/Project Manager on most projects. He is involved in all stages of a project, from the initial client contact through construction and post evaluation, and is responsible for the commitment of work forces necessary to provide efficient service and a high quality product. Bill has managed both large and small scale projects in both the public and private sectors. He draws from this wide range of experience to recommend unique design solutions for each new project.
In addition to design and management, Bill reviews documents for code compliance, appropriateness of materials, interior planning, quality control and performance. He has developed the necessary sensitivity to protect the architecture of existing historic buildings and understands the design and compliance issues confronting building owners.
