Michael Z. Mann

Mr. Mann obtained his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, in Newark, New Jersey in 2019 and has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since 2019. While at Rutgers Law School, Mr. Mann spent a semester working as a clinical intern for the Rutgers Law Child Advocacy Clinic, providing representation to children in child abuse and neglect cases in Essex County and in administrative hearings and proceedings regarding public benefits, education, immigration, medical and mental health issues. Mr. Mann was also elected as the Treasurer for the Jewish Law Student Association during his time at Rutgers Law School. Mr. Mann worked as a judicial law clerk from 2019-2020 under the guidance of the Honorable Lawrence Maron, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part. Ronald S. Heymann handles a wide variety of family practice issues including divorce, support, custody, and pre-nuptial agreements. During his nearly forty years of practice, he has become an experienced trial attorney in the family division as well as in the civil division. Mr. Heymann has represented multiple personal injury clients that have resulted in millions of dollars in settlements. He was the recipient of the Morris County Bar Association 2017 Civil Practice Award. He has been an Early Settlement Panelist for over thirty years. Mr. Heymann also serves as a Blue Ribbon Panelist, assisting in the settlement of complex family matters.

Stephen K. Fletcher is a partner at Heymann & Fletcher. He has been practicing law for 30 years. His areas of practice focus on family law, domestic violence, municipal and real estate transactions. Mr. Fletcher is a volunteer panelist for the Morris County Matrimonial Early Settlement program as well as a Court approved Economic Mediator. Mr. Fletcher is also a member of the New Jersey Battered Woman's Legal Advocacy Program Executive Committee and actively participates in the representation of indigent women who are victims of domestic violence.
