Michael Adams has spent over 12 years in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle and has over 15 years' experience in the IT industry. As the Senior Product Manager, Michael is currently working on the creation of the best automated software compliance solutions available. Michael's background includes expertise in Section 508, WCAG 1.0 & 2.0, project management, release management, security analysis, enterprise customer relations and quality assurance management. As a veteran Michael discovered a hidden passion while working in the accessibility groups of the Veteran's Administration that has prompted a continued interest and need to be involved in making sure computers are a tool for everyone despite any disabilities.

Richard (Rich) Scudder

Richard (Rich) Scudder is the Lead Adaptive Technology Specialist with responsibility for providing specialized solutions for our client's employees who are blind and visually impaired, or limited ability for using a keyboard and mouse functions. He has an extensive background in supporting corporate mainframe (legacy) and client server based applications which give him a strong ability to understand the complex applications used within corporations today and how to integrate the specialty applications used in Adaptive Technology solutions. Rich has an extensive background in Computer Technologies, including programming, hardware and software installation, configuration, and problem analysis for over 30 years and has worked in the Adaptive Technology field for over 15 years.
