Brad Marris

Job Titles:
  • Director / Estimating & Project Manager
Brad Marris joined H&M Tracey Construction in 2006 after earning his Bachelor of Applied Science at Curtin University-a path set in motion by a pivotal conversation with Harold Tracey during Brad's teenage years. At 15, Brad considered leaving school early to pursue an apprenticeship, but Harold urged him to complete Year 12, and aim for university. Taking Harold's advice, Brad not only completed his degree but also gained valuable work experience in Broome, a place that captivated him and ultimately drew him back. Since joining H&M Tracey, Brad has brought his sharp skills and deep understanding of construction management to a diverse range of projects throughout the Kimberley. His leadership has been particularly influential in the successful delivery of key projects in remote indigenous communities-an area where his precision in bidding and project execution has been crucial. His ability to produce accurate, competitive bids has established him as a cornerstone of H&M Tracey's tendering department. In addition to his work across the Kimberley, Brad's expertise has extended into the Pilbara and Perth regions, where he has contributed to both residential and large-scale commercial developments. With his extensive experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, Brad continues to play a vital role in the company's ongoing growth and reputation for excellence in regional construction.
