Noel ran a large dairy farm in the heart of the Burren and was seeking to diversify the farm enterprise to sustain the business when he partnered with Adrian in setting up Irish Eco Homes. He saw the opportunity to provide home builders with affordable, energy efficient homes which would have low on-going running costs.
