Irina Burgess is an enthusiastic, collaborative and pragmatic trainer, coach and learning designer. After working in sports development, operations management, retail and education in both Australia and England, Irina moved into designing and delivering soft skills and leadership training, as well as culture and engagement programs for companies and teams. Irina's talent lies in her ability to translate content and outcomes into hands-on learning experiences, frameworks and practical programs, that allow individuals and teams to enjoy their work more, do their jobs better and accelerate business results.
