The Jacob's Team Foundation is a non-profit organization established to raise money for the diagnosis, treatment and eventual cure of autism. We are organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, as making distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code... We provide a vehicle for athletes to raise money for autism. Each time an athlete Joins Jacob's Team and raises money for an event or sport season, s/he helps provide money for a family struggling to cover the costs associated with providing proper treatment for their autisic child...
