The activity of art making is a meditation on the inward journey to the mind/heart love center. It is getting closer to letting go of thinking/mind to being present with what is. The movement, the action dance of creation is connecting the inner stillness with outward flow to the identifying world of thing-ness. The movement is of pure being identified with space and light.
