Jim Miles is the Managing Partner of the firm's Pretrial Team. He practices primarily in the areas of personal injury and insurance coverage for accident cases including auto, bicycle, boating, brain injury, dog bite, drunk driving, motorcycle, pedestrian, slip and fall, tractor trailer, and wrongful death. He also handles claims related to employment law, insurance disputes, premises liability, sinkholes and Social Security Disability.
Jim is a member of The Florida Bar. He has more than 41 years of personal injury and insurance coverage experience. He was in first-party insurance claims management for 11 years and was responsible for millions of dollars in claims. He also spent 14 years handling plaintiff injury claims and 9 years handling first-party personal injury protection (PIP) litigation claims. Jim ran his own law firm before joining John Bales Attorneys.

Dalia Huddleston practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse and neglect. She is a member of The Florida Bar and Middle District of Florida. Dalia was born in New Jersey and raised in Miami.
Dalia received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida International University in Miami, Florida and was on the Dean's List and English Honor Society. She received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. Prior to receiving her Juris Doctor, Dalia clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachevich, Middle District of Florida.
During law school, Dalia was the managing editor of Stetson Law Review and a member of Phi Delta Phi. She was also listed in Who's Who of American Law Students, on the Honor Roll, received Honors Designation in Research & Writing, and was a teaching assistant for the Research and Writing Program.
