Adolph (Andy) Weil III of Montgomery, Alabama had a 31-year career in international cotton merchandising with his family's company, Weil Brothers - Cotton, Inc. From 1995 through 2009, Andy served as President and COO of the company. Currently, Andy serves on the board of directors of River Bank & Trust.
In 1981, Andy married Lisa Blach of Birmingham, Alabama and they have resided in Montgomery, Alabama for 35 years. They have three children and two grandchildren. The oldest son, Adolph IV (Drew), is living in Birmingham with his wife, Lauren, and they have a son, Campbell. Their daughter, Amanda, also lives in Birmingham with her husband, Kevin Sokol, and they have a daughter, Evelyn Joan. Dustin is the youngest and he is living in Dallas. Andy is a member of Temple Beth-Or in Montgomery. He enjoys golf, reading, exercise, and other outdoor activities and travel.
Andy and Lisa have been and are still involved in many activities in their community through volunteering and serving on various non-profit boards.

Bryant Crump is a sales associate with John Hall and Company.
He is an avid hunter and fisherman whose knowledge and experience in the outdoors has accumulated over the past 30 years.
He enjoys educating clients on the many uses of land and the development of wildlife habitats. He believes that owning a tract of land is a great place to raise a family.
He has been an educator since 1995 and a Land Sales Agent in Huntsville for over 15 years. Bryant is a lifetime member of the AWF.
After graduating from Auburn University, he received his Masters from the University of Tennessee. Bryant has been married to his wife, Lakin, for 25 years and they have three wonderful children together.
Clark Gray is a sales associate for John Hall and Company.
Clark developed a passion for the outdoors as he grew up hunting with his dad and at family's farm in Elmore County. He is a graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery where he majored in Sports Management. While at AUM, Clark played baseball and was a pitcher for the 2016 NAIA World Series team.
After graduating, Clark worked in athletic facility construction and sporting event management. Throughout working in professional sporting events, he developed many relationships and found that a common topic between colleagues and clients was hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. Clark then decided he wanted to use his passion and knowledge of the outdoors to serve others in achieving their goals as landowners.
Clark and his wife, Morgan, have been married for five years and currently live in Deatsville, Alabama with their daughter. They enjoy spending time traveling and being with family and friends.
Hayden Nichols is a land sales agent and registered forester for John Hall and Company.
Hayden grew up in Thomasville, Alabama where his passion for hunting, fishing, and land management began at a young age. He is a current member of the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF), Ducks Unlimited (DU), Alabama Wildlife Federation (AWF), and the Alabama Forestry Association (AFA).
Hayden currently manages over 20,000 acres of privately owned timberland across Central and East Central Alabama. He helps his clients put out timber sales, negotiate timber contracts, schedule timber harvests/thinning, as well as scheduling planting and site preparation projects.
Since January 2021, Hayden has sold nearly 5,000 acres across Central and East Central Alabama and was a recipient of the prestigious Realtor's Land Institute (RLI) APEX Award for the year of 2021.
Hayden and his wife, Caroline, live in Auburn, Alabama and enjoy spending time with their three-year-old lab named Delta. Hayden is a graduate of Auburn University where he received a B.S. degree in Forest Management.
