JE Novack Construction Company was founded in 1952 by Joseph E. Novack, P.E., an engineering graduate from Washington University in St. Louis. Our company remains headquartered in St. Louis and now is owned and managed by Aaron Novack, John Carey and Robert Berger. In addition we have a professional support group of experienced managers.
