Joined J.E. Novack in early 2021. Based out of Chicago Area. Liz has been involved with USPS projects for over 11 years. Completing +/- 700 USPS projects. Generally the work is in Illinois, but also in other areas covering several Great Lakes states. She is very familiar with multiple facilities and USPS standards. The project work includes Scope Development, understanding the extent of the needed repairs/ replacement, value engineering ideas, coordinating with the different facilities, knowledge of building operations and personnel. Over her 30 year construction career, Liz has worked at large Chicago general contractors in several different roles; estimator, superintendent, and project manager. Liz has managed multiple projects including overseeing self-performed trade work and building repairs. Prior to focusing on USPS work Liz has had consistent relationships with clients and completed numerous projects. Project work includes new construction from $150,000,000 to multiple small renovations
