Paula joined June McConnell Residential Sales, Lettings and Management in July of 2020. She comes to the business with a long working history in the commercial and residential industry. Having gained an honours Bachelor Degree in International Relations in her home country of Brazil, from 2009 she worked in property administration overseeing tenancies, leases and rents on commercial units.
Paula took on the role of Renewals and Terminations Administrator back in 2020 which sees her taking charge of all aspects of the lettings renewals and terminations procedures including rent reviews, replacement tenants, coordinating check outs and ensuring all RTB regulations are applied as per the Residential Tenancies Act. In May 2023, Paula also took on the role of looking after all the day to day maintenance for our managed property portfolio.

Shauna Casey BA Hons, MARLA has worked in property for almost two decades across a wide variety of roles. Having gained her Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree from UCD in addition to a Postgraduate Diploma in PR, Shauna came on board the family business in 2004. For the next 6 years she ran the lettings division in the company before moving overseas to London working as Senior Lettings Negotiator for Knight Frank and later as a Portfolio Property Manager for Savills UK. During her time in the UK, Shauna gained her membership of ARLA - Association of Residential Letting Agents - the UK's largest property professional body for Letting Agents. Returning to Dublin in Summer 2017, Shauna has brought her wealth of knowledge and vast experience of the London market back to the family business.
