KIJIK CORPORATION

Formed under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971, Kijik Corporation is the Alaska Native Village Corporation representing the community of Nondalton, Alaska. Our Shareholders and Descendants reside throughout Alaska as well as the Lower 48 states. Today, many of our people continue to subsist in our ancestorial home of Lake Clark and Six Mile Lake... Kijik Corporation (Kijik) was established under Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) of 1971. Kijik owns approximately 126,000 acres of surface estate around Lake Clark and Six Mile Lake. Our village, Nondalton is approximately 160 miles southwest of Anchorage. Kijik represents over 520 shareholders who are of Dena'ina descent.
