KIM JUNEAU HEARING - Key Persons
A former resident of Illinois, Dr. Juneau received her graduate degree in Audiology from Rush Presbyterian St. Lukes Medical Center in Chicago then went to earn her Doctorate of Audiology Degree from Salus University. She met her future husband, a native New Orleanian and owner of a hearing aid manufacturing lab in 1990. They were a perfect fit and were married in 1991! Dr. Juneau started Kim Juneau Hearing in 2002 in Harahan, LA.
As an expert in her field, she has spoken extensively on hearing health care, hearing technology and the treatment of hearing disorders. Dr. Juneau also provides audiological consultations to many doctors in the New Orleans area. She is licensed by the State of Louisiana and clinically certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Juneau has been certified in the treatment of tinnitus and hyperacusis.
Dr. Juneau also owns a mobile business, (Audiologic Mobile Test Services) conducting industrial testing for employees exposed to high levels of noise.
Through her memberships, she maintains the highest level of knowledge, education and familiarization with hearing loss, emerging hearing aid technologies and the changing needs of hearing-impaired patients. One of her greatest passions is to help others connect with their friends and family by providing the ability to listen and hear.
Gina started working at Kim Juneau Hearing, LLC as the Office Manager in December of 2021. With an extensive multi-faceted knowledge in customer service, patient care and office management, Gina has been a compassionate, helpful and efficient resource to our patients, medical partners and work family. She is very well organized and pays attention to detail. She loves interacting and forming relationships with our patients. It's her personal goal to make everyone feel comfortable and valued always making for an excellent patient experience.
Gina grew up in Greenwich, CT and moved to Louisiana in 2013. She resides just outside the New Orleans area. In her free time, Gina enjoys music, vintage/antique shopping and traveling, especially to Aruba and Walt Disney World! She is an avid Saints football fan and enjoys the whole New Orleans vibe. She also keeps busy with her very active Mini Schnauzer, Finnley.

Greg is a Senior Hearing Instrument Engineering Technician. He began his career in the hearing aid field in 1986 with General Hearing Instrument, Midwest Lab. He moved to New Orleans in 1987 to join the parent company. Since joining the team as a Hearing Aid Electronics Technician, he has learned all aspects of hearing aid production which include incoming evaluation, shell production, electronics assembly, hearing instrument repair and even shipping.
He currently is on 15 patents related to hearing instruments, has worked on instrument engineering for multiple research projects and has worked with multiple leaders in the hearing health field including Mead Killion, Charles Berlin, Steve Armstrong, Craig Formby and too many others to list!
