Miles Kierson (by Miles Kierson) I started KiersonConsulting in 2003 after being a consultant and coach for twenty-five years. I wanted there to be a company that was not the same-old/same-old. I'm sure you know the joke about consultants being like seagulls - they swoop in, make a lot of noise, eat, excrete, and fly away. I have a lot of great friends, colleagues, and teachers who are consultants and coaches, and this isn't personal. It's the way this industry that I adore is often seen.
