Dr.Venkata Krishna Jasti hold Master's Degree and Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering (MS) from the prestigious Carnegie Mellon University, United States. Being a Third Generation Promoter, he leads and guides the Electronics Division of the Company. He was appointed in the Board of Keerthi Industries since February 2021. His contributions extend to governance and value creation for our company. He keenly involves in various managerial interventions and actively participates in diverse employee engagement endeavours to foster a dynamic and youthful organisational culture.
Mr.Ramakrishna Prasad Musunuri, Independent Director of the Company, holds a Master of Business Administration from Andhra University. Having wide and versatileexperience of 3 decades in the field of Finance, Sales, Administration, Marketing, Branding and Supply Chainexhibits his remarkable versatility and excellence in various facets of the business world. He was appointed in the Board of Keerthi Industries since July 2023.
Mr.Seetha RamanjaneyuluThagirisa, Independent Director of the Company, holds Masters in Commerce from Andhra University. Having more than three decades of working experience in the banking and finance sector, Mr. Anjaneyelu has excelled in pivotal roles at renowned organizations, leaving an indelible mark on the industry.He was appointed in the Board of Keerthi Industries since May 2024.
Mr.Seshagiri Rao Jasti is the Managing Director and Chief Promoter of the Company. Mr. J. S. Rao is a Board Member since 1999. He is a Post Graduate in Engineering.He has played a crucial role in expanding the companies cement division of up to 1900 TPD after taking over from the old management and successfully handling the marketing, finance, purchase departments alongside undertaking modernization project for manufacturing printed circuit board under Scheme for Promotion of Manufacturing of Electronic Components and Semiconductors (SPECS) in electronic division. He is associated with various reputed institutions and was elected as president of federation of Andhra Pradesh chambers of commerce and industry (FAPCCI) for the year 1999-2000.
As a second generation entrepreneur and having 40+ years of long standing experience in the industry the Company has showed remarkable development under his exceptional leadership qualities.

Mr.Sivaram Prasad Jetty is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with rich exposure stretching from Power Industry to Sugar and Cement Industry for over 30 decades. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the NRC and CSR Committee.
