LAMIDESIGN BUILDING - Key Persons
Gregory La Vardera is an architect practicing in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is active in the promotion of Modern styled homes and prefabricated building solutions. He is a publisher of a unique collection of contemporary house plans which has led to his work being built nation wide. His partner Karen Milano is an interior designer and the aesthetic guru of LamiDesign Building. Her work is in business and institutional interiors in the Delaware Valley.
Greg and Karen participated in the development of the building that houses their office in 1999. Just six years later in 2006 they acquired the office and LamiDesign Building LLC was formed to manage the property and to expand into other development projects.
