After being abruptly shown the door by a nationally known design/build firm, the founders of Kolbrook Design hung their shingle as a sales team specializing in custom pencils, balloon art and moderately priced smoking jackets targeted for the shrinking middle class. When it became abundantly clear that this was a somewhat challenged market, they decided to put aside their lofty ideals and return to architecture. Founded in Feb 2011, Kolbrook has quickly grown into a regional superpower of wealth and taste
