LBI HOUSE RAISING - Key Persons

David Leonetti is a native of Long Beach Island, and has been serving the area, as a General Contractor since 1982. His family has been on the island since the early 1900's and his father was Chief of Police of Long Beach Township in the 50's and early 60's, when he lost his life in the '62 storm. David is well familiar with the area and the structures on the island, having been involved in the building trade since the late 60's while still in high school. He has witnessed many damaging storms over the years, and has studied the damage they can inflict. He is fully committed to upholding the highest standards of LBI construction, which meet or exceed building code. David Leonetti is a native of Long Beach Island, and has been serving the area, as a General Contractor since 1982. Having grown up on the island, David is familiar with the area and the structures, and has been involved in the building trade since the late 60's, when as a teenager, he worked for local builders on the island.

Heather Miller, Administrative Project Manager, was hired just after the storm to help us handle the enormous work load that we were receiving, and keep us organized. She has taken the management of our projects to a whole new level, creating an entirely new database to track every aspect of each of our jobs, at every stage, as well as implementing a new invoicing, financial and online payment system. Heather is a self starter, and gifted with extraordinary administrative and organizational skills. We are fortunate to have her on board for the long term.

Nancy Leonetti was born and raised in Saugerties, NY in the heart of the Catskill Mountains. Prior to moving to NJ, Nancy worked in the construction trade in Northeast Pennsylvania doing finished carpentry, as well as environmental field work and design of on lot septic systems. She also worked as a Realtor in the Lake Wallenpaupack region of Pennsylvania. She currently holds her real estate license in Pennsylvania and NJ. Since the storm, Nancy has been working long hours to provide much needed information for homeowners in and out of our service area. She is solely responsible for providing the extensive information on our Facebook page, and answering all the questions presented there, as well as answering calls and emails from homeowners throughout the state. Her heart for people demands that she provide the best customer service to every person who contacts us, whether they develop into a job or not.
