…. " Thank you for visiting. My name is Shane Yates. I'm a graduate of NLU with two Bachelor of Science Degrees. I'm a licensed airplane and remote aircraft(drone) pilot. I hold a LA Real Estate Broker and Appraiser's license. Real Estate has been my full-time occupation and hobby since 2003. It's my pleasure to work directly(one-on-one) with all buyers and sellers. As broker/owner I try my best every day to learn about and implement the latest in available technologies for all clients. Doubling as a Broker and Appraiser keeps me up-to-date and well versed in all aspects of the market. I'm confident I can bring multiple levels of expertise and experience to any of your real estate transactions.
