Library Technologies, Inc.(LTI) provides ASIC cell library development tools and services to IC designers that use custom cells and layout procedures for integrated circuit design. The tools cover almost the whole spectrum of libraries required by various design tools used in the IC design process. LTI is the pioneer of the Library Synthesis approach to address the library needs of new generation of design tools. We have been expanding our tool offerings, cell library development tools still being core, into cell design, cell optimization, noise management, interconnect analysis, block characterization, and block modeling... Unlike most EDA tools, LTI's tools do not have graphical interfaces. This is mainly due to very little need for interactive use during modeling and creation. Almost all the inputs which can be provided by an intelligent user are automatically generated, thus eliminating the need for a graphical interface.
