Beverly is currently the CEO of Sequitur Consulting in Baton Rouge, where she partners with companies to collaborate on planning and implementing strategic goals that lead to higher success. Beverly's vast knowledge and experience are a huge asset to the planning and management of Lincoln Builders.

Clint Graham - CEO, President

Education: BS, Building Construction - University of Louisiana-Monroe, 1989 As a third generation leader, Clint has served in many capacities since joining the team in 1989, including project superintendent, project manager, estimator and operations manager. Clint has served as President of the Ruston Operations since 2006. As CEO, he is responsible for establishing and executing overall corporate objectives, insuring profitable growth and fulfilling Lincoln Builders' commitment to the communities it serves in Ruston and Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Dallas, Texas. Oversees implementation of corporate policies, procedures and organizational structure. Provides key management direction to top executives of the subsidiary companies. As President of Lincoln Builders of Baton Rouge, Inc. Frances Bernadas

Education: Attended University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Frances joined Lincoln Builders, Inc. in 2006 bringing several years of commercial construction experience. She is responsible for all Accounting, Assistant Project Management, and Office Administration for the Baton Rouge Office.

Greg Gammill - EVP

Experience as a manager includes preconstruction budgeting, estimating, value engineering, subcontract negotiation and scheduling of projects varying in construction value from $1 million to $150 million.

Jay Freeman

Education: Attended University of Louisiana at Monroe Jay joined the Lincoln Builders team in 2015 bringing 23 years' experience and knowledge of building material supply. His knowledge of the material market provides a basis of cost projection and control to his team.

Jerry Brasher

Building Construction - University of Louisiana-Monroe, 1989 Jerry's experience with Lincoln Builders began in 1998 and includes responsibilities as Project Manager on projects of various size and scope for many clients. As Division Manager, Jerry is responsible for the oversight of the Ruston Division including safety, preconstruction, marketing & business development, all operations field management, project management, quality control, and continuous improvement. Jerry also provides overall management, monitors all key performance indicators, and provides analysis to ensure all strategy for the company objectives are being met. Jerry ensures value and service is added to each experience for our client while carrying out our mission.

Justin Whittington - COO

Education: BS, Construction Management, Louisiana State University, 2005 Since joining Lincoln Builders in 2007 Justin has served in Pre-Construction, as Project Superintendent, MEP Coordinator, Project Manager, and Field Operations Manager. As Director of Operations, Justin oversees the day-to-day operations of all South Louisiana Construction Operations. He is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the core values and quality standards of Lincoln Builders. Using his experience working on projects ranging from $2,000,000 - $36,000,000, Justin works closely with each member of the operations team to implement the "Lincoln Way" on each of our project sites. This is accomplished by building strong relationships with Trade Partners, Architects, Engineers, Program Managers, and Clients while maintaining Integrity throughout the process.

Keith Keller

Since joining the Lincoln Builders team Keith has held assignments as project engineer, estimator, preconstruction manager, project manager. Project experience throughout the southeast on projects ranging in size from $1,000,000 to $50,000,000. As Division Leader and Vice President of Operations, Keith is responsible for the oversight of the Baton Rouge Division including safety, preconstruction, marketing & business development, all operations field management, project management, quality control, and continuous improvement. Keith also provides overall management, monitors all key performance indicators, and provides analysis to ensure all strategy for the company objectives are being met. Keith ensures value and service is added to each experience for our client while carrying out our mission.

Sid Moller

Education: BS, History - Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA MA, Industrial & Labor Relations - Cormell University, Ithica, NY J.D. - University of Wyoming College of Law, Laramie, WY Sid joined the Board of Directors in 2022 as one of the non-employee representatives upon Lincoln's becoming a 100% ESOP company. Sid retired from Genesis Energy, L.P. as the Vice President of Commercial Planning & Optimization. Sid's experience with law and corporate business planning is going to be an advantage to the operations and planning of Lincoln Builders.
