Andrea Rothschild

Andrea Rothschild has grown up and lived in Austin, Texas all her life. After graduating in 2016 with her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Texas State University, she became a registered nurse and presently maintains this title with honor. She has always loved helping and caring for people, and this continues to be her central motivation throughout all aspects of her career. In 2022, she decided to join a powerfully successful Real Estate brokerage and work as a team alongside her brother to provide exceptional representation and service to clients. She possesses an unshakable devotion to treating each client with the highest amount of respect and value possible, according to each specific need. At the center of her Bible-based beliefs is the Golden rule, to treat others as one would like to be treated, which is what the business of real estate is based on according to the Realtors' Code of Ethics. She loves to spend her free time with her 2 young kids: a 10-year-old girl and 7-year-old boy. Some of Andrea's personal interests and hobbies include cooking & healthy lifestyle, Christian spirituality & faith, fashion & beauty, and gardening. She is also a technology enthusiast and enjoys incorporating smart devices to enhance everyday life and tasks. When considering future dreams and goals, Andrea desires to be a successful associate in a leadership role in order to provide guidance and instruction in a way that gives back to the community. Gratitude is a major factor in her productive attitude and she would love nothing more than to assist others in practice. As a registered nurse, she has worked with St. David's Medical Center - South Austin, Texas Neurorehab Center, and Maxim Healthcare Services. Prior to this, she was an hourly employee at PPD, inc., and Olive Garden restaurant. Her favorite charities include church and service groups: Truth for Life, World Concern, Global Catalytic Ministries, and Food for the Hungry. Leo Welsh is the designated Broker for both Linda Welsh Realty and for Central Texas Referral Realty. In his business career, he has served in many capacities as a Fortune 100 executive in the telecommunications and financial services industry prior to joining Linda Welsh Realty. Leo has been a frequent lecturer at the prestigious McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin. Leo earned is BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth. Leo represents buyers and sellers in the sale or purchase of luxury properties, country club and golf properties, investment properties, commercial properties and land and lots throughout Texas. He holds a Broker's license in both Texas and New York State.

Christopher Bove

Chris Bove is a licensed Texas REALTOR with LINDA WELSH REALTY GROUP. His love for real estate began long before he decided to make it his career. He began his real estate adventure as a buyer and investor. After building up quite a portfolio he decided to make it official and become a licensed agent in Texas. Since then his passion for helping others achieve their own real estate dreams and working with them to insure the smoothest and easiest transaction possible has served his clients well. Commercial, Residential or Investments, Chris will use his skills to obtain the best possible terms for his clients. With several repeat clients he has proven his knowledge and expertise Chris is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and has served on the Austin Board of Realtors Budget Committee. Chris is also an active member of the Austin community supporting the Thin Blue Line LE MC Foundation, acting as Secretary for their local chapter. He and his wife also support the Austin German Shepherd Rescue, German Shepherd Rescue of Central Texas and Austin Dog Rescue groups. Chris lives in the Northwest Hills section of Austin, where he grew up, with his wife Deborah and their two rescue German Shepherd Dogs "Ezra Brooks" and "Karbach".
