We began in 1979 in Lansing, MI as a Maintenance and Alterations contractor, performing building repairs and remodeling projects for local businesses including a chain of 12 supermarkets. By 1988 we had ventured into the design and construction of smaller retail stores and restaurants, mostly in the Mid Michigan area. This soon expanded as we picked up construction projects for National clients and began working in other areas of the country. Today, with our extensive network of professional associates as well as in house personnel, we are able to provide a complete design, development, equipment and construction package for you all in one place.
