McFarland, who set up his home studio on Paseo Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri. Years later, in 1969, Bernie Madden joined Gene and ultimately purchased the company in 1975, with a vision of expanding his staff to include professional interior designers and a larger showroom space. We continue to operate today as a family-owned business with an award-winning commercial and residential interior design studio and retail furniture showroom...
