MARK Resources was founded in 1974 to perform radar R&D. It has extensive and rather unique experience in several areas of radar systems technology, including the design, development, analysis and simulation of radar systems, and radar signal processing. This work is led by Drs. Richard Mitchell, August Rihaczek and Stephen Hershkowitz, who have collectively authored five books on radar. They are internationally recognized experts in radar, and all continue to remain very involved in the technical activities of the company.
