This year marks the 67th year of business for M&M Cleaners, located in downtown Keego Harbor. In 1949, Frank Marriott and two partners each contributed $100 towards the purchase of a small drop store on Orchard Lake Road. This drop store would eventually become M&M Cleaners. Two years into the partnership, Frank bought out his partners and began a dry cleaning route to increase business. He married Elizabeth West in 1953, and the two worked as a team to build the cleaners while raising their family.
