The partners had worked together since the mid-eighties, providing cost consulting services to owners and to the local architectural/engineering community. The business was renamed McKay/Moore Consultants in 1997 and certified WBE/DBE in January 1998. As of September 2008, McKay/Moore is a WA Limited Liability Company... The primary focus of McKay/Moore Consultants, LLC, is to provide independent, impartial cost advice to the design and construction industry. The firm offers a variety of services, including cost estimating, plan review, and cost estimate review/quality control. McKay/Moore's administrative services department also provides our clients with off-site support services such as report production, tape transcription, and website maintenance.
