Jeff currently serves as a Commissioner for the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and is the past President of the North Carolina Vacation Rental Managers Association and Chairman of the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce. Jeff is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and Property Insurance Agent. From development to finance, sales, and regulatory matters, Jeff is highly experienced and accomplished.
Linda McCown's parents established one of the first legal firms in 1950, which was a well-established and reputable firm offering legal advice and services in a variety of areas for 67 years. Linda joined her parents' firm in 1989 and worked with them for a number of years before they died. She has served on the Board of Director for the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce. She is supportive of many local charities and established the Friends of Manteo High School Scholarship with the Outer Banks Community Foundation. She also assists in the selection of scholarship recipients for the Wallace H. McCown Scholarship Fund which was established by the Town of Kill Devil Hills after her father's death in 1998, for his 43 years of service as Town Attorney. Linda's main areas of practice include Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning & Administration, Traffic Infractions and Contracts.
